Submit by Hand is a directory submission service for indie makers, SaaS founders and AI tool builders. Paste your website and we write a complete listing for you: tagline, short and long descriptions, categories, tags and key features. You review it, add your logo and screenshots, and leave out any directories you are already on.

Then we submit your product to 50, 100 or 200 hand-picked startup, SaaS and AI directories over 2-3 weeks, at a natural pace. Your order page is a live report: every directory gets its own row with the submission date, a screenshot of the submitted form, the listing link once it goes live, and the login we created so you can take over any listing later. Export it all to CSV.

How it works

1. Paste your product URL and review the listing we prepare.
2. Add your logo and screenshots, and remove any directories you are already listed on.
3. We submit your product over 2-3 weeks at a natural pace.
4. Watch the report as listings go live and take over any account you want to manage.

Pricing

Plans start at a one-time $149 for 50 directories. There is no subscription. Larger plans cover 100 or 200 directories, and the site also offers a free list of 300+ directories with domain rating, pricing and submission links.

Directory submissions are repetitive: each site asks for a different description length, category, tag set and logo size. Doing them by hand can take days, and it is easy to lose track of which sites accepted a listing. Submit by Hand keeps the process in one place and documents each submission with a screenshot, so you have a clear record of what was sent and where.

Every listing is prepared from the product information you provide and reviewed by you before submission. You stay in control of the positioning, while the form filling and follow-up are handled for you.
