Most AI fortune-telling tools let the language model do the arithmetic. That is where they break: ask the same birth data twice and you get two different charts. FateMaster splits the job. A deterministic engine builds the chart first; only then does the model read what the engine produced.

Key Features

A deterministic BaZi engine applies true solar time correction from birth coordinates, so the same birth data always produces an identical chart. The starting age of the luck cycles is measured from the exact interval between the birth moment and the adjacent solar term, down to the second, then converted at three days to a year. One minute of birth time moves that start by two hours, so it has to be computed, not estimated. The Lichun year boundary is compared to the second, not to the lunar New Year.

Beyond BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu charts are generated the same way: twelve palaces, fourteen major stars, Four Transformations, and selectable leap-month conventions. I Ching divination through Liu Yao and Mei Hua Yi Shu covers the questions that are about one thing happening right now rather than the long arc of a life.
